Questions About Our Repairs
Common questions about how our services work, pricing, and what to expect.
Always. We perform a diagnostic inspection first, then provide a written, itemized estimate. No work begins until you approve that estimate. There are no surprise charges — the price you approve is the price you pay, unless you authorize additional work after we've started.
We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts wherever available and practical. For some repairs we use premium aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OEM spec — we'll always tell you which and explain why. We never use low-quality parts to cut costs, because cheap parts compromise our warranty and your safety.
Yes — we have a dedicated urgent-repair line and dispatch mobile techs for emergency situations throughout our service area. Call (772) 218-5861 and tell us you need urgent service. For issues that require a lift or shop equipment, we can arrange towing to our facility and prioritize your repair.
Our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor is nationwide. If a covered repair fails while you're traveling, contact us and we'll work with you to either reimburse an authorized repair or get you back to us. Full warranty terms are printed on your repair invoice.
Yes. We service gas engines on Ford E-Series, Ram ProMaster, and GM platforms, as well as diesel engines from Cummins, Caterpillar, and Detroit Diesel found in Class A pushers. Our diesel techs are separately certified for heavy-duty powerplants and Allison automatic transmissions.
Absolutely. Many customers use a scheduled repair as an opportunity to add solar panels, a lithium battery upgrade, a backup camera, or new appliances. Bundling installations with existing repair visits often saves on labor. Let us know what you're considering when you book and we'll include it in your estimate.
For routine maintenance and non-urgent repairs, 3–7 days ahead is typical. Spring (March–May) and before major holidays fill fastest — book 2–3 weeks out for those periods. For urgent issues, call directly at (772) 218-5861 and we'll do our best to fit you in same-day or next-day.
We focus on mechanical, electrical, and structural repairs rather than cosmetic detailing. However, we do handle exterior fiberglass repair, paint touch-up for repaired panels, and awning replacement. For full detailing, we can recommend trusted local partners.
Our 50-point pre-purchase inspection covers: all electrical systems (shore power, 12V, batteries), all plumbing (fresh/gray/black tanks, pump, water heater), HVAC and appliances, roof and exterior (including soft spots and sealant condition), structural integrity, chassis and tires, slide-outs and leveling jacks, and the engine/drivetrain on motorhomes. You receive a written report with photos within 24 hours.
Yes — water damage and sidewall delamination are among our more involved specialties. We use moisture meters and thermal imaging to map the full extent of damage, then perform structural repairs, substrate drying, and fiberglass or aluminum skin re-bonding. Insurance documentation is provided for covered claims.
Our mobile service covers [CITY] and surrounding communities within approximately [X] miles, including [CITY_1], [CITY_2], [CITY_3], and [CITY_4]. Check our Service Areas page for a full coverage map. If you're outside our standard zone, call us — we occasionally make exceptions for stranded owners.
Annual inspection is the gold standard — even if everything feels fine, roof sealant cracks, battery capacity degradation, and brake wear happen silently. We recommend a full inspection every 12 months or every 5,000 miles. Our preventive maintenance package ($[PRICE_ANNUAL_INSP]) covers all major systems and takes about 3 hours.
